Introduction

Voice Mail service is like an answering machine--only better. Whether you're unavailable or on the phone your calls are automatically answered. You can listen to, erase, or save your messages by using any touch-tone phone at home or away, day or night.

Getting Started Using our Voice Mail Service

Dial *99 from your own phone: (You can also dial the Voice Mail Access Number 422-9928 from another phone.)
A special dial-tone on your phone lets you know that a new message has arrived.

Follow these steps to listen to your messages.

To listen to messages on your own phone
  1. Press *99 and listen to instructions.
  2. Press your password number.
  3. Press I and listen to your messages.


To listen to messages on another phone
  1. Dial the Voice' Mail Access Number.
  2. Press # and your own mailbox number
    (mailbox = your own phone number).
  3. Press your password number.
  4. Press 1 and listen to your messages.


Helpful Hints...
  • To skip a message, press #.
  • To cancel a step and go back to the previous step, press *.
  • To fast forward to the end of a message, press 33.
  • To re-play a message, press 11.
  • To send a reply to a message, press 8.
